Modern and welcoming spaces with independent access, all rooms are equipped with a double bed and a spacious private bathroom.
2 Garden rooms
Bright and equipped with every comfort, they feature a large and comfortable French bed and a spacious bathroom. The garden rooms have a view of the garden with direct access to the outside and with deckchairs available. Separate independent entrance.

Wherever you look you will find beauty
Our structure is located a few km from Belluno where you can visit the historic center on foot and taste the cuisine of our territory in the numerous restaurants.
Valbelluna offers many possibilities and hides wonderful historic villages such as Feltre or Mel. You can also easily reach Conegliano and Valdobbiadene where you can visit the famous Prosecco hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you can taste wines that only that territory can offer.

Staying in our structure you will be able to drive to enchanting mountain places in the heart of the Belluno Dolomites Park which includes Cortina D’Ampezzo, the Agordino area, Alleghe, Falcade, many lakes such as Misurina and you can reach the Val di Zoldo where you can admire the majestic Mount Pelmo.
A few kilometers away you will also find the Col Visentin, a mountain of the Belluno Pre-Alps that offers pleasant excursions that can be done either on foot or by E-bike or you can discover the enchanting Cansiglio Forest, in Alpago, immersed in nature and local tradition.

Brent dell’Art: a natural conformation, very similar to a canyon, due to thousands of years of erosion by water, which has brought to light layers of rock formed millions of years ago.
Cadini del Brenton: 15 deep cavities dug by the waters of the Brentòn stream, which flows from clear waterfalls. These spectacular evorsion potholes, located in the heart of the Park, amaze with the beauty of the colors and the perfection of the shapes.
Grotta Azzurra – Mel: a small jewel with turquoise waters that can be reached on foot via a well-signposted path that starts from the Zumelle Castle.
Vajont dam: the importance of keeping alive the memory of a place that was the protagonist of one of the darkest pages in the history of our country.

Our structure was built in 2022 with green building architecture to obtain maximum energy efficiency. We respect the environment, reducing energy consumption and using 90% of our renewable sources such as solar energy.
In our spaces you will notice a very limited use of plastics and the recycling of all possible materials.
